Ok I will do that today, I didn’t see no numbers on the ATM ?
-
It’s owned by Barclays +NCR

Spoke to natwest the same day, they raised a dispute and nearly two weeks they’ve decided that outcome is unsuccessful as their investigation reveals no faults and therefore I am not eligible for a refund.

Hi
On September 24, 2023, I tried to withdraw £1500 from an ATM outside Asda.
However, it only dispensed £1000, and my account was charged.
I promptly went into Asda to report the issue to security, who advised me to contact the bank.
I filed a dispute with NatWest, but they recently informed me via email that the resolution was unsuccessful, without providing any explanation.
The next step is to file a complaint.
I also spoke with Asda, and they reviewed their CCTV footage, which showed me approaching the security guard inside the store.
Unfortunately, they couldn't confirm whether I physically received the money the ATM dispensed.
What actually occurred was that the ATM initially made dispensing noises, but at the last moment, it cancelled the transaction and displayed a message instructing me to contact the bank.
I am very disappointed to have lost £500.
Is there any way to escalate this matter?

got had by the oldest scam in the book.
If I was to cancel direct debit and go through the process of challenging Omni capital would be worth dragging myself through the mud ?

Going through the emails from Optima Training they have included part of the package is recruitment support to which we have not received at all.

It’s an informal part of the course. I guess I should have approached it more scepticism

Yes unfortunately it’s looking this way

Hi
In October 2021 I signed up for an IT course to become a solution Architect.
The sales rep kept hounding before getting me to commit. Before I assigned I was assured that I will easily get the job after being certified.
Now i have passed, it’s nigh on impossible to get a job in this sector without any experience. Not only the course was overly priced but the course was over promised and they have been least helpful in finding me a job.
is there anything i can do?
The finance is arranged by Omni Capital

Hi
thank you so much that’s exactly correct and I’m sorry for the confusion.

On the 24th November we made an online purchase with Curry’s for Apple AirPods. The order went through successfully and received email confirmation.
A day later an email from Royal Mail updating about the delivery. When the due date arrived there were no delivery so we waited for couple of days before ringing Curry’s.
Curry’s at that time cancelled and refunded the amount and we then purchased the same item from the store.
A week later surprisingly the original order reappeared and mistakenly my wife accepted the order. Unknowingly I was under the impression that I was using the new AirPods not realising it was my wife’s 2nd order from store.
I called Curry’s and explained that the cancelled order has been delivered and if they could put the item on a buy now pay later scheme. Curry’s policy is that the items have to returned and new order has to be generated for BPL scheme.
They went ahead and arranged a collection with DPD but then I called back customer service if they could allow as it would mean more hassle and loss of time. The second advisor decided to cancel the collection of AirPods because it had been used and any apple wearables is non returnable. So the collection was cancelled and call ended.
The same day my wife informs me that the AirPods I’ve been using was the one from the store and not the cancelled item. By this time I felt so embarrassed, so I decided to call customer service back again and explain the whole situation and confusion made by me. I told curry’s I have the cancelled items in my possession new sealed and ready for collection. It’s been 2 weeks I have not heard from them, no email or charge for the item on my account.
What should I do ?

The O2 is a mobile contract and he pays that monthly and same with CCF. None of the two are in breach
These debt are not sold to any DCA and it does appear on the credit file and there is no other debt beside the 3 Link, O2 and CCF

The bank have been extremely unhelpful, they always most treat you guilty before concluding with their findings
Few occasions I have withdrawn £1500 via three lots of £500. Not once I’ve complained, £500 is a lot of money just to give up just because the bank did not find any fault or error.
