Birmingham midshires  building society gave me ninety days to sell my house to pay off the loan,

ninety days has now expired without finding a buyer for my property and

now they are threatening me with litigation . 

I am 71 years old and my health is very bad.

  would appreciate some advise please

she has not been refused a visa she has not applied yet we just want to make sure we get it right as many countries are making it very difficult for Venezuelans to obtain a visa do to the situation in Venezuela now

i know everything is explained on the U GOV site but it is the hidden things you have to watch out for thanks to those who replied so far

could someone please recommend a organization that specializes in advice for obtaining a uk tourist visa ,the visa would be for my Venezuelan girlfriend .
