Hello
I purchased a washing machine which was delivered on the 14th August 2021. Last Sunday it started leaking water from underneath - I have called the warranty company who today have sent an engineer out.
There is a hole in the drum which according to him someone must have left a coin, nail or screw in a pocket and this has caused the damage or a piece of polystyrene my husband had left underneath.
My question is if this plausible as there was nothing between the inner and outer drum - nothing in the drum itself and surely the drum on a washing machine should be stronger enough to take on a coin coming out of a pocket?
