I'm new to this site, I thought it would be the best place to come, to find a professional Law firm who deals online in Consumer LAW. I have an ongoing CASE with the food Standards Agency. I purchased a PRODUCT from Donald Russell labelled Cordon Bleu chicken, it was properly labelled but had a piece of plastic in the coating of the crumb chicken.. A CRIMINAL CASE against a company in SPAIN, Sister Company in Flintshre.. my daughter almost ingested the piece of plastic which had come from a machine. I am looking for someone who can act on my behalf to expedite the Food Standards Agency and Company at Fault, they are dragging their feet, So far I have had no offer of any compensation or REFUND from Donald Russell Firm. Can you help me with this?

I am hoping you can help me here I have received a letter from CLI Credit Limits International saying in bold red letters FORMAL DEBT RECOVERY NOTIFICATION regarding a traffic offence in Italy, it has been 5 years or more since I was in Italy. (entered a restricted area without authorisation apparently), I do not even have a date when this happened?
Original fine was EUROS 219.05 converted to GBP £198, but in total it is NOW £364.46
I have never received any letters or phone calls regarding this.
Letter was sent 2nd class
I am sick with worry as I have never received anything like this before and not sure what to do.
I do not have the money to pay this.
Any advice would be helpful.

CLI just provide letters for use by foreign creditors and CLI post them out. Any money paid goes directly to the foreign creditor thinks they are owed the amount.
If this was so important, why wait so long ?
You could ignore, as the Italian organisation is very unlikely to try to enforce in the UK. Or write back saying that you no clue about this, as you have not visited Italy for a very long time. And say no more.

Hi I also left Abu Dhabi with debt in 2014 and was contacted via a letter from a uk debt recovery agency in 2015 asking for full amount plus interest I was in no position to even pay any of the debt let alone set up instalments so I sent an email stating the facts and I was never contacted again until now with a very similar letter asking for the full amount and a lot more interest on top they are asking me to contact them for full payment or the reasons why I can not pay also asking to send someone out for a home visit from there field partner to resolve the account or court action . also quoting the January 2013 memorandum of guidance which can now be enforced in the uk . Anybody able to give me guidance.

advice would be appreciated I have built my credit up using Vanquis capital one cards they are high interest cards now my credit is fine I'want to apply for reasonable rate card should i cancel these cards before applying or keep cards advice would be appreciated . second query applied for balance transfer card checked on Experian it said I had 95 %
of getting card . I got declined FOR CARD I checked with bank who said they believed my income was low and to check with Equifax . I checked with both credit agency who said they don't keep income history any help would be appreaciated

So what balance approx. do you have on your Vanquis card at the moment and what credit limit do you have ?
Is your credit record clean ? No defaults, late payments, CCJ's ?
You cannot go by a credit score or what Experian indicates. Credit card companies/banks will risk assess you based on a number of different factors. E.g how long you have been in employment, how much do you earn, how long you have lived at an address, whether you own your own home.

hi my sons has a every day loan not sure why they gave it to him he only ever worked 3 months security job he has severe anxiety and colitis he's now waiting pip and he's now on universal credit
he has amassed 15 0000 in loans debts management say they can not put payment plan together as he's not working or making enough money they have advised him to open new bank account close bank account where he has another loan any assistance would be appreciated.

Suggest that for each loan application an SAR is made to see what information was provided to take out the loan. And to see how the loan provider dealt with the application. You would want to see that your Son provided accurate information and it is just poor lending decisions being made. The SAR's are now free, so no cost apart from any postage.
Yes open an new basic bank account with a bank where no debt is owed. Make sure any money including benefits is paid into new account.
In the CAG library, there are letters which can be sent to creditors. He could cancel any direct debit payments and offer say £1 a month to each. He would advise of his ill health with no current employment income, as the reason for this.
