And yes there is equity on property as only 8 payments left on mortgage .......they are large payments £970 per month............property value approx£100 k...............

I submitted paperwork to Barclays and their solstice Phillips and Cohen said because the cc was in my name that effectively changed the tenancy wording of mortgage and made Terry share into an assett..........they are now passing paperwork back to Barclays collections

My husband has recently died leaving a large amount of unsecured credit card/loans debt.......we have a joint mortgage on a joint property.I am sorting out affairs and I personally have a ccj in my name secured on property.I am taking over the mortgage payments and am in process of getting my husbands debts written off as he had no sole asset over £5000...........today I am told that because I have a ccj on the property that effectively cancells the tenancy of the motgage so thereby releasing 50 % of the property into an assett for my husbands estate..................I have read the landregistrey papers etc for ccj and there is no mention of this and also have spoken to mortgage provider who are also unaware......help needed please ......there is no money and I am on a dmp ..........

Currently having problems with LLoyds TSB cc .On dmp with cccs who pay LLoyds who have agreed plan/payments last 4yrs and are now out of the blue showing arrears on monthly statements.No payment been missed , still 0 int ,when contacted say please ignore its a mistake.This fig now increasing every month and they refuse to put statemnt rightand can offer no break down.

Irwin mitchell and Mercers are by far the worst though.

Oh well here we go again another re-determination hearing courtesy of Irwin Mitchell 050109, watch this space now want to secure ccj on property!

to update .............attended hearing , showed judge all correspondence etc and found in my favour......will post full details when my copy arrives.

no ppi on loan.............loan was made to pay off nat west credit card .....the bank contacted me by phone with special offer ! ............part of the overdraft came from nat west continuing to take loan repayments from my acc which they would not close until o/d limit reached .................they were infd and had standard letter for cccs dmp last july...........a/c closed 1207......................and to add insult to injury keep sending me credit card cheques despite me cutting up card and sending it back (nil balance on acc £10K credit available ).

No sar or cca made spoke to cccs advised against.

the debt is made up of overdraft/bank loan payments ........

ccj against me issued 130608 from northampton re Natwest application....have been on dmp with cccs since july 07 ...creditors being paid reg on usual pro rata basis and last few months seemed to have settled into some routine when Nat West xfered debt to their sols Irwin Mitchell (consisted of 2 monthly payments different acc nos ) who req one monthly payment (amalgamating 2 ).....cccs duly infd and reset comp etc and yes a hiccup and part payment sent.....next thing call centre contacts me does not accept explanation .........Irwin Mitchell letter req contact which I made and explanation not accepted.........ccj papers recd 290408 duly completed on cccs advice and retnd ( explanation included and full paymenst resumed)...............ccj issued 130608 for monthly payment £330 and sols/court fees £360...

CCCS contacted and application for redetermination made which has now been set for 120808.......................

The payment I have been making to Natwest has been £90 so you can see its a huge increase....................

Only advice CCCS has given is to turn up and produce dmp / income expenditure etc

Court have already had these details for orig date and with redetermination application....................aany advice on what to say please or do !

yes am going to forward to norwich union claims evn though we are no longer insd with them .Seems very odd as no one from highways attended at scene at time of accident and motorway was opened before we drove home.Optimas bill shows attendance of 7.5 tonne wagon for oil spill(wasnt any) and bags of coconut fibre,then several engineers ? . Someone seems to be making a lot of money?..and after such a long time after claims closed.

letter recd today from TURNAMMS on behalf of Optima infrastructure for cleaning carriageway of oil spill for £652.

Have contacted warwickshire police judicial services who supplied afore named with our details to query inc as no highways dept attended to clean carriageway.We were insd with Norwich union at time who settled claim and refunded our excess as we were innocent party.

What do we do now and why has it taken nearly 4 years for this alleged attendeance to generate this bill.

with ref to recycling issues......this may sound rather simplistic but i purchase a product then when i have ceased having a use for it or its packaging i need to dispose of it. As things stand today i either put it out with the weekly collection(If suitable ) or take to recycling center.The waste is then recycled and sold making profit for company or council.Isnt it about time that recycling companies paid for their raw materials from us as they are not charities requiring donations........perhaps more people would then be encouraged to recycle.

did anyone see gordon brown newsconf this morning outlining his economic vision etc....when he came to take questions an elderly gentleman who introduced himself as a farmer and a haulier , took brown to task over agriculture then went on re fuel stating derv was this morning 120 in London.Stated also that this week meetings were taking place around the country to finalise plans for fuel protests at which point someone on the platform with Brown asked : your question is ?....this resulted in the assembled jounalists laughing and the camera panned to BRown who just sniggered and turned to talk to someone else.The farmer was visibly shaking and obviously upset.

what hope is there if on live tv our primeminister can dismiss out of hand legitimate quereies and concerns from the electorate in such a callous and rude manner. also raises the question where do the press stand on this one.
