If a claim is over the £5000 limit for the Small claims court then would the financial ombudsman route be better to deal with your claim ??

I am just trying to find out where I would take my bank to court.
I have 1 bank in Leeds and 1 in London, I live in Basingstoke so where would I take the bank to court,

If the bank fail to send the charges through under the data protection act why can I send them a request for what I think im due and saying ' as you have failed to provide the information requested i am claiming what i think im due' etc
Would like to hear your thoughts, or direct me to a thread already posted

If they dont send them in time could you just not say right im claiming £xxx amount its up to them then to prove its less and as they took over the said time (40 Days) there in the wrong ?? just a thought

Hi Guys, im now over the 40 days with Nationwide, there saying were too busy, im looking forward to shutting my account myself with them.

Can I claim back the MONTHLY OD CHARGE ?? or is this a fee for having am overdraft.
