I thought I would try one more time before I give up on the site. The forms I need to fill in will not download for me so I can’t fill them in,,,is there any other way to do this.

these are the charges swift have put onto my loan since I started repayment

sorry there a bit mixed up scan 2 is page 1  then 3,10,11,12.  

Got the sar back from swift advances today and there’s charges on it I don’t even understand 

Do I just print out the template for a sar fill it in and send it to swift.

Took out a loan 15yrs ago from swift advances had a bit of health trouble just after I took it out and missed a few payment,,,this attracted intrest but to

cut a long story short the term will be up in January

they informed me that I will still owe £10,000

they're  happy to let me continue paying monthly

but is there anything I could do to get this reduced or even cleared.

sent my data protection letter on 13th march so far received nothing .i had to phone them yesterday about a further £30 charge on my account and i confronted the lady on the enquiry desk about the legality of the charge. she said that the charge was legal as the bankers association of northern ireland had agreed to it. going to hang in another few days and send the second letter any views on this thanks

yesterday i telephoned my bank about yet another £30 charge on my account. i confronted the enquiry desk and said that i had been told that these charges were illegal. the girl responded by saying that the charges had been agreed by the banking association of northern ireland and are legal. i have submitted my letter claiming back my records 6 yrs from the ulster bank and after about 30 days still no response. can anybody tell me is this true before i go any futher thanks
