  1. As this thread has descended into farce, I hope that the posters that didn't agree with you can get on and do something more useful with their freely given time. Help others rather that having a frustrating time with this thread. As requested, closed.

  2. You certainly do appear to be 'vulnerable' and if so, this would enable your case to be 'rewound' back to the Compliance Stage (or possibly returned back to the council). If there is 'vulnerability' could you outline the reason why council tax was payable in the first place? Were you not in receipt of benefits? Do you receive DLA? I assume that you are working (given that you had mentioned asking the council for attachment of earnings). Could you elaborate as to whether or not you are working. It would seem that your account has NOT been sent to bailiffs and is still at the 'summons' stage. Can you confirm. Lastly, I assume that when posting your question that you were using a mobile device. The difficulty with this is that people tend to type as they would do when sending a text message which can make the question difficult to read.

  3. No, definitely not 18 days. The cheeky swines. And @sarahodea Here's the relevant parts from the IPC Codes of Practice. So Parking With(out) Ease really don't have a leg to stand on. Out of interest, what was the date on the NTK?
