  2. These are the forms that need to be completed. 6.4 set aside application. 6.5 Affidavit Not an expert about completing these, so perhaps others can guide you. Once completed they need to taken into the nearest court that handles insolvency cases. Just in case you are not aware, the courts system will have no idea that an SD has been issued. The first they get to hear about it, is either when a set aside is requested or the claimant submits a bankruptcy petition if not previously set aside.

I took some change in to cash up into the old folding and theres one teller in there tries to make you look little when she gets loud and says things like .....I hope you're the last one today i'm getting fed up with it....she needs to count herself lucky she's got a job with her attitude and massive GOB and one day I'm going to slap her with a quip that will blow her old barclays bloomers off the ole bag...........gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..try the co-op bank N/O

  7. I would throw everything at them!!! you could use a HCEO to enforce the CCJ there is right of entry/forced entry to business premises time to turn it back on to the private parking!!
