Once completed they need to taken into the nearest court that handles insolvency cases. Just in case you are not aware, the courts system will have no idea that an SD has been issued. The first they get to hear about it, is either when a set aside is requested or the claimant submits a bankruptcy petition if not previously set aside.

I would throw everything at them!!! you could use a HCEO to enforce the CCJ there is right of entry/forced entry to business premises time to turn it back on to the private parking!!
