  3. Why did you stop paying, was it because you fell on hard times, such as loss of job, poor health, or even just rises in living costs out pacing pay? If you are here because you are having difficulty paying, are being bullied into paying more than you can afford, there are loads of people here that will only be to pleased to help. If you just don't want to pay, have you tried the credit today forums. Going there and complaining about CAG not helping you to avoid debts would be good as they love complaining about CAG.

  4. Hi Aaron06, I'm relatively new here but seeing as you haven't had a reply yet lets get the initial bit sorted out. I think your first best course of action is to open a new thread for each debt in the relevant areas of the forum... So 1 thread per debt with how much it's for...and the rough situation you are in for that particular debt. By the looks of it you want to post in the 'Debt Collection Industry' forum as you say you haven't paid anything for a while. If you accidently post in the wrong place i'm sure the thread will be moved anyway...just stick to 1 thread per debt though. That way people will be more inclined to give you information as they will have something to reference. So include the type of debt ( overdraft, loan etc ) who is chasing you...whether original creditor or DCA etc..How far it has progressed..whether you are making payments, etc and who to and if you had PPI with them, charges. The more basic information you give the more people can help. I'm sure you'll find that people will start helping especially if they've had similar circumstances. Regards, Stormski

  5. You need to get the payments you have made listed with the supporting proof and that will be your defence, very eay to sink this lot in court, has been done four times so far this year - at the end of the day if you have already paid the original loan and one months interest you do not owe them one single penny.
