From memory (it's been a while), the additional papers should come to you with the page number that has been allocated written on them - at least that's how our regional Tribunal service did things. Yes you should get a copy of whatever your GP submits, and covering letters are often included in the bundle. You won't receive another copy of the whole thing, just the additional papers. Who photocopied the submission will depend on where you sent it and how close to the hearing - if you sent it to the regional centre then a clerk there would photocopy it and add to the bundle and send a copy to anyone involved with the Tribunal (dwp, rep

  2. wrong, I was affected and for the best part of a year and half had shared room benefits in my one bed flat as I didn't have the means to move. cost me a fair bit in debt to pay for it. the slash was a lot more as well not the small % for council homes. I had a cut from £327 every 4 weeks down to £225. a third knocked off. £225 HB for £395 rent.
