Hi, thank you for your input. I feel strong enough to go ahead with this where ever it may take me. The aim is to get answers without the need for legal intervention as I am the youngest of 3. My eldest sibling is hoping 'this gives you closure' which to me means he's accepted she may have been let down and the middle sibling is supportive so far but I've not mentioned anything legal yet. I think I know the outcome will be the trusts involved will tell me they saw something but not conclusive enough to warrant immediate treatment. That her heart could have failed at any time etc etc etc but I really do just want to know anything they can tell

I have terminal cancer diagnosed 3 yrs ago, was given 18 months but after 9 went back to full time work, just been diagnosed with brain mets but got to say treat your granddad as normal, if it hurts he will tell you, if it dosent he will carry on as normal. a terminal illness only means you will die with it not necessarily of it. seriously I have had a lovely life and I intend enjoying whats left and the same goes for your granddad no point in being miserable.. xx

Just another threatogram. They could take you to court, but they have no basis on which to do so. £100 says they are all default judgements or judgements against people who dont know what to do in court.

Hi, can you give a little more information on the "old arrears" please. I assume you have a suspended possession order to pay a certain amount towards the arrears - what are you supposed to pay in line with the order? You can enter an N244 at court to get a hearing before a judge to stop the eviction and we can help you with that, but you will need to get the application into court tomorrow (deliver by hand) in order to get a hearing before next tuesday.

I think people have to be careful and join only legitimate websites. I'm a member of quite a lot of websites and generally steer clear of any surveys or offers that require me to download anything or install an android app. I'm trying to get to grips with Sandboxie but it just seems to slow the websites right down so I'll just leave it and stick to what I know.
