I would be inclined myself to confess (I am rubbish at keeping secrets) but do so with the dates of miscarriage to hand, and an offer of making financial recompense. You must issue a full complaint to the OFT as they are accusing you of a criminal activity. DO NOT BACK DOWN and make sure you stand your ground. Also file a complaint with the FOS.
