Good Afternoon All   Since the brilliant help I got on this site I have been spreading the word.    An elderly neighbour told me he had a CCJ against them for parking in disabled bay at Merryhill Centre.    His wife was driving that day & it was as his wife's blue badge that had slid off the dashboard.    I've asked for the original documents, but he no longer has them, resigned to the fact the CCJ was the end & he would have to pay the £360.
