Thanks for the replies everyone, if I can prove the email address bounces back, is it their responsibility to subsequently write to me? The email address definitely bounces back so they will have received a 'return to sender' response. They send lease extension fee mandates by post so they know how to contact me   I've attached the lease details from when i bought the place and also the last copy of a ground rent demand i had from 2y ago. Nowhere that I can see (including s13.1 of the
